The Commission for Right to Services

On 1st March 2017, Shri Swadheen Kshatriya, former Chief Secretary of Maharashtra, was appointed as the first State Chief Commissioner for Right to Services. After his tenure ended in January 2022, Shri Dilip Shinde, Commissioner of Pune, took additional charge until May 2023. Currently, from 4th May 2023, Shri Manu Kumar Srivastava, also a former Chief Secretary, has been entrusted with the responsibility as the Chief Commissioner.

For those who are not comfortable with online systems, offline support is available through Citizen Facilitation Centers and Taluka or District offices.
